JUNGLE ZONE
In the Fizzy Bubbles region, there is a steamy hot jungle full of uplifting fragrances. There are many mysteries hidden in the jungle, some best left unsolved. The Jungle is teeming with life and is full of noises and plants.
Sub-Zones:
The Village- The Village is at one end of the jungle. There is a Poke Center, and some wise villagers who are always willing to give information to help you out. There is also a Pokemon Trainer's hall, where all trainers are welcome to challenge each other. You must start here to gain knowledge of the Deep Jungle/The Cliffside. Once you do, you are allowed to venture off to the Deep Jungle/The Cliffside.
The Canopy- Well, in a jungle, there is always..... A canopy! The canopy is the tops of the trees in the jungle, where you can find numerous flying-types, and some bug types, if they know how to climb. The view is spectacular and the thick leaves of the trees are inter-twined which allows you to sit on the tops of the trees and enjoy the view. The trees are very high in the canopy and require a rope, or a flying-type to fly you up. Ropes are tied to the trees you are allowed to climb.
Jungle Floor- The jungle floor is filled with a variety of Pokemon. This area surrounds the village, so the pokemon here are exposed to trainers and battling, thus making the pokemon weaker. It is a good place to train.
The Intersection- There is an intersection around the Jungle Floor with three paths. Two have signs, one doesn't. One with a sign leads to the pond. Another path with a sign leads to the Savanna. The one without is just a winding path that disappears into the deep jungle. Many trainers have followed it to explore the deep jungle, and they always came back. But the trainers who kept going to see what is at the end, never returned.
The Pond- After you trek the path to the pond, you will reach the spectacular pond itself. The pond has a mini-waterfall and a stream that leads out of it, along a rocky Cliffside, with many caves and crevices. The beautiful, crystal-clear, ice-cold water is refreshing to drink and to bathe in. It is an ideal place to let your pokemon relax. It is a serene place. There are wild pokemon here, too. In the pond and stream, there are water-types. You may encounter some ground-types, too. The pokemon usually don't want to fight, though. They would rather relax at the pond.
So why do people take the time to come here if there are few pokemon battles? Well, back in the village, an elderly lady was once lost in the jungle. She found this pond, but she was close to death from dehydration. She believes that one sip of the water made her completely healthy again, though she vaguely remembers it. Of course, that was 80 years ago, when she was only 21! Yes, she is 101 years old and many people believe that the healing properties of the pond also work with pokemon, if they are sick or fainted.
The Cliffside- If you follow the stream leading from the pond, you will come across a rocky cliff wall. There are some caves hidden along the wall, but it is very hard to see where they are. If you are lucky, you may come across a cave. Inside, the caves are mystical and glittery. There are many rock, steel, and ground types here. There are some little puddles where weak water-types hang out. If you don't go in too far, you may be able to find your way out again, but once you’re in too far, forget it. You will have no choice but to take on the task of defeating the guardian of the cave.
All the caves are connected and they all end up in one place: the main cave. Rumor has it that if you find your way to the end of the main cave, you will have a chance to steal the treasure of the caves. But, you must battle the Guardian first. If you defeat the guardian of the caves, you may keep the treasure and are led out of the cave without any harm done to you. But if you don't, you are left in the cave to die, without knowing the way out. It is strongly recommended that you have a pokemon with Flash, Strength, Dig, or Rock Smash, and that you do not go in alone. Also, you should ask the villagers for some advice before you go in. The task is extremely difficult.
The Savanna- There is a huge savanna on one side of the jungle. Tall grass completely covers this area, thus making the dirt underneath the grass hard to see. Bikes are inaccessible here. Pokemon here are usually in groups and love to battle. On one side of the Savanna, there is a small rock pool where you can rest up.
The Deep Jungle- Well, the path from the intersection starts to lead into the deep jungle, but it disappears in between the trees. The path is very hard to see. Once you get deeper into the jungle, it totally disappears. The pokemon here are not exposed to many trainers, so they are much stronger than the ones on the Jungle Floor. There are grass, bug, dark, and poison-types around these parts. Some villagers say that the path was supposed to lead to the Jungle Shrine, but nobody has ever came back to confirm this belief.
Uncertain Areas:
The Jungle Shrine- Most villagers say that there is a jungle shrine, even beyond the deep jungle. They say that the shrine honors the jungle's protector. Nobody knows if this is true because everyone who ventured off to find it never came back. You can't really "go" there, nobody knows if it even is there.
Post Away!
