i was just thinking of lots of stuff. here's some of it:
-Lava Valley (fire, rock, ground) sub-zones: The valley, volcano slope, center of volcano, the city, burnt forest.
-The Mountains (Rock, Ground, Grass, Ice, Steel) sub-zones: The village, Base of mountain, mountain slope, jagged pass, mountain peak.
-The Island (Water, Grass, Flying.....) sub-zones: The port, the city, the river, the shore.....
-The Power plant (Electric, Poison, Dark, Bug) sub-zones: the power plant, the city, the toxic waste plant, the park.
-The Jungle (Grass, Bug, Flying, Water.......) sub-zones: The village, jungle canopy, jungle floor, the garden, the pond.
most I started off but couldn't think of anything else... i would like to help more with this.
misc. zones: I like the HM center so HM moves could be learned on the field. But I think if pokes could learn headbutt there, too, they could use headbutt in the jungle zone....... i'll post more of the jungle zone soon.

desert zone would be cool. here is what i have!
Flygon's Desert
Black Boots Village This is an Old West kinda town. It's the only town for miles. Nothing is really hi-tech or computerized. The residents here are very friendly, but bandits from the desert have been known to try and come into town and terrorize the city. This is a place to relax, and get in touch with your fore fathers.
Sub Areas for Black Boots Village -Pokemon Center This is where you start and its the only modernized building in the city. Stop by here to heal your pokes or just enjoy the air conditioner!
-Sheriffs Office This is where the sheriff and his men work. They are always on the case of some bandit that has done some ungood deed. If you stop by, you just might be asked to help on catching a criminal! Or they might just ask you to pick up some donuts for them....
-Jail Here is where all the crooks and villains go. It is not recommended to come here, since most of the criminals will try and trick into letting them out! Plus, it really smells...
-Train Station Ever ride a old steam powered train though the desert? Well, here is your chance! The train is the only way to get to the Mountains in the north, but the ride its self is well worth it. The train also makes a stop at the Green Slate Village, but only on request. Anyway, take a train ride today!
Desert Ahh, the Desert. This is all around Black Boots Village. Make sure you bring plenty of water! The desert has a lot more wild life than you might think, many pokes live out here, you just have to know where to look. You might want to watch where you go though, outlaws live in these parts, and they have been known to ambush people, so be careful! There might be the occasional sandstorm, at this time, many flygon's can be seen!
Sub Areas for the Desert -Watering Hole This is where the wild pokes in this area come to drink. Believe it or not, even some water pokemon have found a home in this shallow little pond. Nobody knows how it manages to stay wet here, considering it only rains a couple times a year.
-Old Gold Mine Back in the 1800s, there was a great gold rush in this area. Common people from hundreds of miles away came to these parts in attempt to strike rich. Although all the gold has long been removed, this is a damp, cool, underground place, so many pokes have made it their home.
-Haunted Gold Mine This is another mine used in the great gold rush. Although, a man in his pigey were killed in a mining accident. After that, miners said they would hear weird noises while they mined. Miners got scared and stop coming, but those that did just tried to ignore them. Then strange actions started happening. This really scared all of them. They all tried to run out, but on the way, a support broke, collapsing the ceiling. People from all around dug the rocks out, but when they got into the mine, everybody was gone...no one left. Nothing. Now it just sits, free to explore, but I doubt you will find anything.....
-Dead Mans Canyon This canyon was once flowing with clear, refreshing water, but now its just a deep rocky crack in the ground. Many birds like to nest here and some odd pokes have been sighted on the canyon floor. However, by the time anybody gets down there, its already gone.
Mountains Only accessible by train, the mountains are a beautiful place to come and enjoy the scenery. You can explore the mountains to see things many people will never see!
Sub Areas for Mountains -Base The base of the mountain in home to many rock pokes and hidden caves
-Trail The scenic way to get to the peak of the mountain. Pokemon leave near the trail, but not many of them are hostal. As long as you keep to the trail, you should be just fine.
-Cable Car If your too lazy to walk up the mountain, you can take the cable car! It brings you right to the peak! The cars are cozy and keep things out. There is a set of binoculars so you can check out the sweet view all the way up!
-Peak The mountain peak is very cold & dry. It gives you the best view of the desert zone though. You can see everything up here. Some people live up here and they enjoy visitors from time to time
Ghost Town (Green Slate village) Only accessible by train, this town was abandoned around 1784 when a great fire broke out from a huge bandit ambush and burnt half the city. No one really comes here, though the train still makes a stop on request. All the stores have been looted, but there still might be something of interest in some of the buildings....
HIDDEN AREAS
Hidden Oasis In the pokemon center, you read on a poster about the "Hidden Oasis". Apparently, there is a cool, grassy, water hole hidden somewhere in the desert. People have gone out looking for it, but almost none have returned. People who have said they found nothing....if its really out there, finding it would be amazing! You can try and find it by going out into the desert.
Ghost Train Every once and a while, at night, a mysterious train will rush thought the station at break neck speed! The locals describe it as a 6 car train, but the back 2 cars are burnt down to the frame. The engine car is described as looking like a steam engine, but a red smoke comes out of the stack. There also seems to be several wheels missing from most of the cars. The last 3 cars are passenger cars, nothing to unordinary about them except they are half visable! The whole train is see-thought...thats how it was dubbed the name Ghost Train...plus, no one has any clue where it comes from or where it goes.....

Southern Island Description: A beatiful island, unhabited by humans. Lots of wild pokemon roam free over the island. There are hidden coves and lost treasures. It is said the ledgendary Latios and Latias inhabit the island and protects it from danger.
Areas in the zone
Beach:The entrance to Southern Island. Water pokemon can be seen here. You can see a bit of pokemon trainers relaxing, some might even be anixous to battle
Seaside Manor: A rich man and his wife live in a mansion on top of the cliff of the Beach. He givse quest to trainers, but the quest are diffucult. If you happen to fail a mission the man will be very displeased and will not ever give you another quest.
Seaside Coves: The coves of Southern Island, trainers can only enter the seaside coves if they have a pokemon with dive. It is not recomended for rookie trainers to venture into the coves. Tough water pokemon live in the coves. There is a legend that some robbers stole something really rare and hid in the coves.
Underwater Lair: Team Aqua's newlest lair, is team aqua HQ, and base of operations. Is filled with strong Aqua members and a lot of traps. Only reachable by pokemon with dive.
Plains: The plains are a wide open field of grass. Trainers will have a chance of seeing nearly all types in the plains. Great place for new trainers.
Jungle:A lush and beatiful place, with lots of trees and pokemon. There are a lot bug pokemon, a bit of grass pokemon, a few flying and normal pokemon. As you go deeper into the Jungle, there are tougher pokemon.
The Shack:A little grass shack in the Jungle. You can rest there, a lot of trainers like to hang out in the shack. There are quite a few contests and tournamnets held at the shack. There is also the shack's trick house and maze.
Caves: There are many caves in the jungle and on the path towards the top of Southern Island. The caves are filled with ground, rock, steel, and dragon pokemon. Some of the caves are pitch black and you need to use Flash to see. An archelologist believes all the caves are linked to together and one leads to the Enchanted Lake.
Top of Southern Island: It is very, very cold on the Top of Southern Island. Ice and steel pokemon roam at the Top of Southern Island. At the top you should be able to reach Latios and Latias Home.
Hidden Areas Enchanted Lake: A refreshing lake found somewhere within Southern Islands cave. There are ice and water pokemon found near the lake.
Latios and Latias House: Not much to do here. Latias and Latios are not around their house much, you would be lucky if you spot one of them.

Dragon's Den: Pokeon: Dragon, Water, Dark, Rock, Bug The Dragon Den Entrance: Everyone starts out here. There is a machine where you can heal your pokemon. Whenever you enter the Dragon's Den you receive two flashlights, walkie-talkies and some scuba gear if you decide to go scuba diving. You also get a compass, a map, and a siren. The flashlights are for dark places, which is pretty much everywhere. One is water-proof and one is not. The walkie-talkies are for communicating if you get lost. You can talk to anyone else in the Dragon Den, just as long as you are in range with them. These are incase you get lost. But if you are deep enough in the den you may not be able to talk to others at the entrance or other parts of the den. The siren is also if you are lost, maybe someone will hear it and come and find you. The map and compass are to help you not get lost! The Dragon Shrine: This is a shrine dedicated to all dragon pokemon. There is a rumor that Blackthorn City's Gym Leader, Clair, was buried here when she passed and that she released her pokemon before she passed. Some people say that if you stop by and say a few words for the late gym leader that her pokemon may appear and if you can pass their test they may take you to a secret place. Underground Caves: Located in the Dragon's Den, these caves take you deeper underground where it is impossible to see without some form of light. These caves are extremely hot and very humid and not a lot of pokemon can stand the conditions. I would suggest only Fire, Rock and Dark type pokemon if you decide to come here. You never know what is lurking in the darkness. Underground Lake: You can put on some scuba gear and dive down or just go for a swim! The water is very murky and dark so it is very hard to see, so use your flashlight! You can find a lot of water pokemon and even some dragon pokemon in here. Some people who have dived here have claimed to spot a sunken ship guarded by wild pokemon, but there is no possible way it could have gotten there or where it is. Most people who have seen it have been attacked by a wild pokemon and blacked out, then awoke and saw it then got attacked by the pokemon guarding it, blacked out, then awoke on ground. No one can seem to find it just searching. Underground Forest: You can find bug pokemon here, but only ones that can stand the rough conditions. The forest is very large and very easy to get lost in. It is also very dark. People have been reported missing in the forest and have never been found. Be very careful when coming in here. __________________ Those are all I have for now. I am not done with this zone. I am still making up places so please don't delete this. I will edit it when I come up with more zones.

I might add more to my zone, suggestions welcomed . I think we should have a PokeStorage, where you can hold like 3 pokemon, so you don't have to make people babysit and stuff.
