SEALED CHAMBER
WHAT YOU NEED 1.Pokemon with surf 2.Pokemon with dive 3.Pokemon with dig 4.Relicanth 5.Wailord
DIRECTIONS
Fly to Pacifidlog, and surf into the currents, stay down ward, once you reach a small square island of shallow water surf rite in the middle, the currents will carry you to a dark patch of water, dive in the patch of dark water and surf down wards, when you see the Braille writing, dive directly in front of it and you reach the sealed chamber
Go up to the top of the room and use dig, you should go into a new room, then go to the top of that room, put relicanth in front of your party and wailord in the last spot. Press A in front of the Braille and it should say three doors opened somewhere.
REGIROCK
WHAT YOU NEED 1.Pokemon with strength
Go to the sandstorm and go down, you should see a rock formation, enter it and go to the top of the room, and use strength, enter the opening and regirock is there.
REGICE
WHAT YOU NEED 1.Pokemon with surf
Surf on route 105 until you find a ruin maniac on an island with trees surf east and then surf north into a rock formation. Enter it and go to the top of the room, press A (or B I cant remember) in front of the Braille and wait for like 15 minutes, there should be an opening and regice is inside.
REGISTEEl
WHAT YOU NEED 1.Pokemon with fly
Go down from Fortree into route 120, go all the way down until you see a lady that will give you a berry, go up the stairs next to her and go up, you should see another rock formation. Enter and go in the middle of the room, use fly and there should be an opening. Registeel is there.
HOW TO CATCH THEM
First stun or put it to sleep. Then use a moderate to storng attack to take about half or more of their health, upon doing that, chip away at their HP with weak attacks. Then use a tough pokemon to take their attacks as you throw ultra balls.

2. How to hatch an egg
Steps hatch eggs, some take less, some take more.
The prefered way to hatch eggs is cycling road, or riding from Verdanturf, through Mauville and back.
The baby is ALWAYS the species of the female.
3. Egg moves
There are three kinds of egg moves
1.Level-up moves-When both parents knwo a move the baby can learn naturally, the baby will know it when it's born 2.TM moves-The father passes any TM or HM moves the baby can learn. 3.Egg moves-Moves that pokemon can only learn through breeding, if the father knows an egg move, then he will pass it down to the baby.
Here is a list of egg moves

4. Breeding for TM moves
Aerial Ace Taillow learns Aerial Ace at level 34.
Taillow (Flying) --> Wingull (Flying / Water 1)
Wingull (Flying / Water 1) --> Psyduck (Field / Water 1)
Once you get Aerial Ace onto Psyduck you can spread it around the Field family.
Psyduck (Field / Water 1) --> Corphish (Water 1 / Water 3)
Also you can reach the Monster and Dragon families by taking another route.
Taillow (Flying) --> Swablu (Flying / Dragon)
Swablu (Flying / Dragon) --> Treecko (Monster / Dragon)
Attract The following Pokemon learn the move naturally: Beautifly at level 31, Skitty at level 7, Milotic at level 45, and Luvdisc at level 28.
Amorphous Skitty (Fairy / Field) --> Castform (Fairy / Amorphous)
Monster Skitty (Fairy / Field) --> Spinda (Human-like / Field) --> Whismur (Monster / Field)
Water 1 Milotic (Dragon / Water 1)
Water 2 Luvdisc (Water 2)
Water 3 Milotic (Dragon / Water 1) --> Corsola (Water 1 / Water 3)
Field Skitty (Fairy / Field)
Fairy Skitty (Fairy / Field)
Dragon Milotic (Dragon / Water 1)
Bug Beautifly (Bug)
Flying Milotic (Dragon / Water 1) --> Wingull (Flying / Water 1)
Grass Skitty (Fairy / Field) --> Roselia (Grass / Fairy)
Human-like Skitty (Fairy / Field) --> Spinda (Human-like / Field)
Mineral Skitty (Fairy / Field) --> Snorunt (Mineral / Fairy)
Brick Break The only 2 Pokemon that learn Brick Break naturally are Heracross at level 23 and Pinsir at level 31. They are in the Bug family. Next you will need to breed them with either a Volbeat or Illumise, who are in the Bug / Human-like breeding group. Breed the resulting hatchling with Spinda, who is in the Human-like / Field family. Now you will be able to cover the many Pokemon that are part of the Field family group.
From the Field family you can then spread Brick Break to Psyduck who is in the Field / Water 1 family. Then the resulting Psyduck can breed Corphish who is in the Water 1 / Water 3 family.
For the monster family, start by breeding someone from the Field family with Rhyhorn, who is in the Field / Monster family.
Finally for Dragon, breed someone from the Monster family with Brick Break with Treecko, who is in the Monster / Dragon family.

Bulk Up There is only 1 breedable Pokemon that learns Bulk Up and that happens to be Combusken at level 28. So if you didn't choose Torchic as your starter or received one in a trade you are out of luck. To make things worse, you can't breed Bulk Up into any other egg groups. All of the duel egg group Pokemon can't learn the move. So this looks to be the shortest breeding chain ever.
Field Combusken (Field)
Calm Mind At first glance I thought Calm Mind was going to be impossible to breed around like Bulk Up. Luckly it is not as difficult, so you will be able to share Calm Mind around. There are 2 Pokemon that learn this move naturally. They are: Meditite at level 28 and Ralts at level 21.
Amorphous Ralts (Amorphous)
Water 1 Meditite (Human-like) --> Spinda (Human-like / Field) --> Psyduck (Field / Water 1)
Water 2 Meditite (Human-like) --> Spinda (Human-like / Field) --> Psyduck (Field / Water 1) --> Relicanth (Water 1 / Water 2)
Water 3 Meditite (Human-like) --> Spinda (Human-like / Field) --> Psyduck (Field / Water 1) --> Corsola (Water 1 / Water 3)
Field Meditite (Human-like) --> Spinda (Human-like / Field)
Fairy Meditite (Human-like) --> Spinda (Human-like / Field) --> Skitty (Fairy / Field)
Human-like Meditite (Human-like)
Confuse Ray The following Pokemon learn Confuse Ray naturally: Vulpix at level 21, Zubat at level 26, Chinchou at level 29, Natu at level 40, Sableye at level 37, Spoink at level 25, Duskull at level 23, and Volbeat at level 5.
You will need Lileep to breed Confuse Ray to other Pokemon.
Lileep (Water 3) --> Tentacool (Water 3) Lileep (Water 3) --> Corsola (Water 1 / Water 3) Lileep (Water 3) --> Corsola (Water 1 / Water 3) --> Feebas (Dragon / Water 1) Lileep (Water 3) --> Corsola (Water 1 / Water 3) --> Clampearl (Water 1)
Curse Here are the Pokemon that learn Curse naturally: Torkoal at level 7, Shuppet at level 20, and Duskull at level 34. Only a few Pokemon can have curse bred onto them, so I will show you exactly how to get Curse onto those few Pokemon.
Torkoal (Field) --> Spheal (Field / Water 1) Torkoal (Field) --> Rhyhorn (Field / Monster) Torkoal (Field) --> Zangoose (Field) Torkoal (Field) --> Wailmer (Field / Water 2) Torkoal (Field) --> Electrike (Field) Torkoal (Field) --> Slakoth (Field) Torkoal (Field) --> Spheal (Field / Water 1) --> Mudkip (Monster / Water 1) Shuppet (Amorphous) --> Chimecho (Amorphous) Shuppet (Amorphous) --> Grimer (Amorphous

Water 2 Barboach (Water 2)
Water 3 Barboach (Water 2) --> Relicanth (Water 1 / Water 2) --> Corsola (Water 1 / Water 3)
Field Donphan (Field)
Fairy Geodude (Mineral) --> Snorunt (Mineral / Fairy)
Dragon Donphan (Field) --> Seviper (Dragon / Field)
Grass Rhyhorn (Monster / Field) --> Tropius (Grass / Monster)
Mineral Geodude (Mineral)

Recover There are a handful of Pokemon that learn the move Recover, but unfortunentally there are only 2 Pokemon who can learn it as an egg move. To get Recover onto Lileep, breed a level 17 or higher male Corsola that knows Recover with a female Lileep. To get Recover onto Sableye, breed a level 25 or higher male Kadabra that knows Recover with a female Sableye.
Rest Wow, look at all the Pokemon who learn Rest naturally: Jigglypuff at level 29, Zigzagoon at level 37, Wailmer at level 37, Nosepass at level 37, Barboach at level 26, Speal at level 37, Spoink at level 37, Whismur at level 41, and Relicanth at level 50.
Amorphous Jigglypuff (Fairy) --> Castform (Fairy / Amorphous)
Monster Whismur (Monster / Field)
